Terms - You must read the Terms fully before you accept them below.

In order to be an operator of a rental boat, a person must be 21 years of age or older. A valid ID must be presented at the time of rental by anyone choosing to be an operator.

There is no minimum age for a passenger, however if the passenger is less than 30 pounds, you will need to bring your own life vest. Anyone under the age of 13 are required by law to wear a life jacket while the boat is underway.

Maximum capacity is listed for each boat and is strictly enforced, no exceptions.

The boats do not include ladders.

Cancellation: 7 days cancellation policy for all reservations with 100 % refund. Reservations cancelled within this 7 day period will be charged 50% of the cost of the rental. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% the cost of the rental. ** A WEATHER FORECAST DOES NOT WARRANT CANCELLATION ** All weather is considered when it is time to rent. If it is raining at the scheduled time for your rental to begin, you are entitled to a full refund. If it begins to rain during your rental, you may return the boat for a prorated refund. Audio and Fushing packages are not included in a prorate, only in full-refund situations.

Operation: No ocean operation - No night operation - No towing of anything or anyone

Orientation: Every operator will be given a thorough orientation on safe operation of the rental boat. Applicable local and state laws will be covered. It is the responsibility of all authorized operators to listen and understand instructions and request further explanation if he/she have any questions concerning operation of the rental boat. All operators will be asked to sign-off that they have received adequate instruction on safe boat operation.

Damage: The "renter" (the person who signs the paperwork as the Lessee) is responsible for any physical or bodily damage that occurs while the rental boat is being operated under the "renter's" consent. The rental boat will be inspected after each use for damage. Repair for damages will be at renter's expense. *** Check your homeowner's policy to determine if it will cover you during your rental. Our insurance is for liability purposes only, not for damage you cause to the equipment.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy: All payments are final. Refunds will only be issued within cancellation guidelines or due to weather per policy stated above.

Late Return Policy: All rentals must be returned at their scheduled time. A late fee of $100 for every 10 minutes late will be assessed, and a formal apology will be required to the next rental group if a boat rental is returned late. By returning late, you cost yourself money and take the time from other renters who book after you.

I have read the above terms and understand and agree to them. I acknowledge that I am being charged $300 as my full boat rental fee. I have read the cancellation policy, weather policy, operator requirements and all other policies. I agree and acknowledge these policies prior to committing to this boat rental. I will be required to pay the balance prior to pick up of the boat. I am over 18 years of age.
